NaviPlan places a high importance on giving back to our hometown Milwaukee community. All employees receive paid volunteer time off to use while benefiting an organization of their choice. 

Additionally, NaviPlan partners with local non-profit organizations to create various volunteer opportunities for our employees throughout the year. In our partnership with the United Way, employees partake in monthly volunteer events that benefit local causes.
